Resident Care Aide - 11 PM to 7:30 AM at Paramount Senior Living – Canonsburg, Pennsylvania

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Nursing Assistants in our assisted living community. You'll provide essential, personalized care that truly makes a difference in the lives of our residents.

We offer a FREE TRAINING PROGRAM to help you achieve certification while earning an income.

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to residents in an assisted living setting.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Support the nursing team with resident care and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• CNA license preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Direct Care Worker, Nurse Aide, or Resident Assistant is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to meet the needs of residents and the community.
