This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive marketing performance through data-driven insights and analytics. The Senior Analyst will own reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis across multiple marketing channels, translating complex data into actionable strategies. You will partner closely with cross-functional teamsincluding sales, product, and financeto inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and influence business outcomes. The role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking, enabling you to uncover trends, forecast spend, and identify opportunities for growth. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values creativity, operational excellence, and continuous learning. Success in this role directly impacts marketing efficiency, ROI, and the organizations ability to scale effectively.
Accountabilities:- Analyze performance across digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic, to evaluate effectiveness and identify key performance drivers
- Translate insights from marketing-mix modeling and multi-touch attribution into actionable strategies that guide budget allocation and improve ROI
- Maintain and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to ensure stakeholders have timely and accurate performance data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and finance teams to implement robust tracking, attribution, and forecasting methods
- Drive operational excellence in marketing analytics platforms and tools, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and strategic insights to support decision-making
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or performance marketing roles; B2B experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other BI/reporting platforms; experience with SQL, Python, or R is highly valued
- Experience in forecasting, budget modeling, and media effectiveness analysis
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for diverse audiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
