I. Position

Seasonal Food and Beverage Outside Services Runner (Early May- Mid October)

Classification

Part-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Full-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt

II. Reports To

Food and Beverage Director

III. Job Summary

Restock all outside locations with the proper product needed throughout the shift. Hours vary based on business levels.

IV. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to operate a golf cart safely
• Adhere to golf course rules and etiquette
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend, squat, lift and raise as needed along with carrying 10 pounds for an extended distance
• General math, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate with guests and employees with a positive attitude

V. Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver product to outside staff members when requested
• Ensure all radio communication is respectful, professional and courteous.
• Stay in constant communication with all staff members and provide assistance when needed
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and receiving inventory and storage areas
• Complete other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Manager
• Adhere to safety regulations as provided by Erin Hills and OSHA
• Follow guidelines and policies set forth by Erin Hills Employee Handbook
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
