LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (San Diego) at Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney – San Diego, California

3-5 years' of experience

Our San Diego office has an immediate opening for a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience. We are looking to work with an associate who is ready, willing and able to take charge of cases, take an active role in developing and implementing legal strategy and takes pride in delivering exceptionally thorough and persuasive legal memoranda, analysis and reasoning. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience, including depositions and client contact, in an AMLAW 200 firm while working on complex, high-stakes litigation. The position also provides additional opportunities to work with attorneys at all levels within the Healthcare Litigation Practice Group. Previous professional liability, medical malpractice and general liability experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills and be admitted to practice in California.
