• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person consultations with union members

• Clearly explain available benefit programs in simple, straightforward terms

• Accurately maintain records and follow up to ensure client satisfaction

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with virtual tools
