French Florist is seeking a creative, passionate, and experienced Floral Designer to join our team! This is your opportunity to work with the most beautiful blooms from around the world and craft breathtaking arrangements that make a lasting impression on our customers.

What You’ll Do:

Design and create custom floral arrangements for all occasions

Work directly with customers to understand and fulfill their floral needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Ensure flower inventory is properly maintained and restocked

Assist with unpacking and prepping floral shipments

Perform other duties, as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in floral design and strong knowledge of arrangement styles and techniques

Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for color and balance

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Genuine love for flowers and creativity in your work

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods during your shift

Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

Frequent use of hands and arms for cutting, arranging, and wrapping flowers

Comfortable working in cooler environments and handling buckets of water and floral supplies
