Treasury Management Sales Enablement Officer

The Treasury Management Sales Enablement Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the development, implementation, and retention of Treasury Management products. This position collaborates closely with Regional Treasury Solutions Officers (RTSOs), Commercial Relationship Managers, operations, billing, marketing, and other internal partners to deliver innovative client solutions. The goal is to drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Onboard new Treasury Management products and develop training materials for RTSOs and Operations teams.
- Monitor and manage product performance, including profitability, usage, risk, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to enhance existing products and introduce new solutions to market.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop product demonstrations and promotional materials.
- Maximize non-interest income through strategic sales activities and fee collection.
- Manage controllable expenses to optimize profitability within the Treasury Management function.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Treasury Management products, providing technical support and exceptional service to both clients and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in financial services, particularly in public contract areas of banking.
- At least 5 years in a sales-focused environment.
- Proven experience in banking operations, electronic payments, and treasury services.
Education:
- Undergraduate degree required; equivalent experience in financial services may be considered.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in personal computer operations and software applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Excellent writing skills for creating procedures and professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to compliance training and ongoing professional development.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing product training and marketing materials.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and treasury management platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess product performance and customer needs.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type:
- Full-time position with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Travel:
- Up to 25% travel required.
