Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns

- Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

- Document resident care accurately and maintain confidentiality

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including Florida licensing requirements

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Proven experience in senior care or a related healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency
