About the Role:

The Project Manager at H2BRAVO, LLC will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects within the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry. This position requires a strategic thinker who can coordinate project activities, manage resources, and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and budget constraints. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans and documentation that align with organizational goals. By overseeing the entire project life cycle, this role will ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Ultimately, the Project Manager will drive project success, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project life cycle and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management software to track project status, manage documentation, and report on key performance indicators.

Skills:

The required skills in project coordination and planning are essential for the Project Manager to effectively oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software allows for efficient tracking of project timelines and resource allocation. Strong documentation skills are crucial for maintaining clear records and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project developments.
