Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is accountable for performing a variety of general, mechanical and preventative maintenance duties as well as inspections, repairing and moving of equipment throughout the Avera Marshall facilities.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred or required experience.
• Three or more years in a related field required.

License/Certification/Registration

• Upon hire
  • Valid Driver’s License
• Within four months of hire
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
• Within six months of hire
  • Minnesota Boiler’s license

Work Schedule

• Day Shifts, 7:00am-3:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • Every 5th weekend
  • On-call every 5th week
  • Holidays: if the holiday falls during your 5th week on-call

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $20.00 - $28.75 per hour
