We are seeking experienced Tile Flooring Installers to join our team as 1099 subcontractors. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in tile installation, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. You will be responsible for installing tile in various residential settings.

· Measure and cut tile to fit specific spaces and design plans

· Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives

· Ensure tiles are aligned properly and meet design specifications

· Apply grout and finish the installation

· Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

· Follow all safety and company guidelines

· Manage your crew

· 3+ years of proven experience as a tile flooring installer

· Personal tools required (no tools provided)

· Knowledge of various tiling techniques and materials

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent craftmanship

· Ability to pass a background check

· Work van or work truck required

· Valid drivers license with valid auto insurance

· Additional insurances may be required
