About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, a well-established and growing engineering firm known for its focus on high-quality, innovative civil engineering solutions. In this role, you’ll lead complex projects from conception to execution, ensure client satisfaction, and bring your expertise in business development to secure new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate project design, workflow, and budget to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct communication and project oversight.
  • Handle invoicing, budget monitoring, proposals, change orders, and manage team attendance at essential meetings.
  • Supervise junior engineers, manage team performance, and ensure high standards in project deliverables.
  • Lead business development efforts, leveraging an existing book of business to secure new projects and opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:
You’re an experienced civil engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, EIT certification, and ideally a PE license (or the ability to obtain it within two years). You should bring a solid foundation in project management, leadership skills, and a passion for business development, ideally with an existing client network to contribute to growth. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and client-management skills are essential.
