Position Summary

The HVAC Start-Up Technician is responsible for the proper start-up, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems on multi-family construction projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a construction environment.

• 2–5 years of experience as an HVAC Start-Up Technician
• Universal EPA Certification (required)
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Ability to travel, including overnight jobs as required
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Dependable and reliable work ethic
• Willingness to work in an active construction environment
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
