We're currently hiring a Remote Project Manager to coordinate client work, manage global teams, and support the successful delivery of marketing and creative campaigns.

Who You Are

Experienced in managing marketing, branding, or creative projects from start to finish

Skilled in team coordination, deadline management, and cross-cultural communication

Obsessed with organization, time management, and exceeding client expectations

Proactive, positive, and solution-orientedeven under pressure

Comfortable managing internal teams and external freelancers

Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and workflows

Bonus if you:

Have agency or startup experience

Are fluent in English and Spanish

Have worked with global clients or remote teams

Bring light-touch account management skills (e.g., client-facing updates, recaps)

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the execution of marketing, branding, and creative projects from kickoff to delivery

• Coordinate with internal departments (design, marketing, content, executive support) across multiple time zones

• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Asana, Notion, or similar platforms

• Schedule and facilitate project check-ins, internal reviews, and client delivery deadlines

• Own the day-to-day project communications, including timelines, changes, and next steps

• Prepare client-facing recap documents and collaborate with the CEO or client leads on strategic updates

• Liaise with freelancers and vendors to ensure deliverables meet GAB INC.'s quality standards and are on budget

• Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions to keep projects moving forward

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or agency environments
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish fluency is a strong plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultural contexts
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Slack, and file-sharing platforms
• Must be based in Colombia and able to work some overlapping hours with U.S. EST (ideally 10 AM–6 PM EST)
