Pipe Movers, Inc. is seeking a results-driven and team-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Hondo location. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, exceptional inventory knowledge, and a passion for motivating and developing high-performing teams. The Branch Manager directs and supervises daily operations including sales, purchasing, inventory, and logistics. This role ensures excellent customer service, team development, and achievement of performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations: inside sales, purchasing, warehouse, drivers
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate branch staff
• Set and manage sales quotas and goals in collaboration with District Manager
• Conduct monthly sales meetings and teach effective sales techniques
• Manage inventory, replacements, dead stock, and slow-moving products
• Collaborate with executive team on pricing, freight, large sales, and discounts
• Maintain client/vendor relationships and represent the branch in the community
• Coordinate with Marketing on growth campaigns
• Ensure financial processes: deposits, petty cash, inventory reporting
• Work closely with the COO on layout, equipment, and building improvements
• Participate in continuing education and promote industry knowledge across the team

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong understanding of inventory management and sales processes
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in branch operations highly preferred
• 3+ years of team management experience preferred

Work Context and Conditions
• Primarily office and indoor warehouse environment
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Use of phone, email, and computer communication
• May involve warehouse, yard, or delivery support during busy times
