We are seeking a dynamic, inspiring, and passionate Branch Manager to spearhead our South Jersey office in Mt. Laurel. As the guiding force behind our Mt. Laurel office, you will shape and direct our branch operations, furthering our success throughout the South Jersey region. You and your team will deliver comprehensive land development services to our outstanding portfolio of clients.

  • Partner with Firm Leadership to capitalize on existing client opportunities, develop plans for future client opportunities and establish and drive branch priorities and financial plan goals
  • Create, build, and maintain our client base to support the growth of the region and firm, in partnership with Regional/Divisional Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Hire, nurture, and lead staff including developing future leaders of the firm
  • Provide project management and site plan production process oversight and actively manage projects as needed
  • AND, most uniquely, play an integral role in the evolution of our Mt. Laurel office

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field
  • New Jersey professional licensure preferred (PE, RLA)
  • Local and regional industry contacts with experience nurturing and growing client relationships and delivering Best-in-Class service
  • A demonstrated history of leading and motivating high-performance site design teams
  • Business acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goals
  • Energy and passion for project management to support quality design and development across a wide range of market sectors

Salary $150,000 - $195,000. Total compensation will be determined by other considerations such as experience, qualifications and educational background. This position is eligible for potential annual bonus earnings. Pay TransparencyActual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.The base pay range for this role is $165,000 – $185,000 per year.
