Position Title: Porter - Apartment Community

Description

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in your community? Wexford Village at Devonshire in Scott Depot, WV is seeking an experienced and hard-working Porter to join our team!

Whether you're working with our on-site teams, supporting acquisitions, or strengthening operations, youll be a key player in expanding our national footprint all while getting paid to travel!

What Youll Be Doing:

Maintain excellent curb appeal and keep common areas clean and welcoming
Keep interior spaces (office, bathrooms, amenities) tidy, safe, and inviting
Assist maintenance staff with tasks like basic repairs, painting, and unit turns
Help with trash outs and preparing vacant units for new residents
Support pool upkeep and seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal)
Report any maintenance, safety, or unusual concerns around the property

What You Bring:

36 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work
Basic understanding of maintenance/property operations is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-player attitude
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Passion for keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming

What Youll Get:

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Annual raises based on performance (up to 5%)
Employee referral bonus: $500$1,000

PTO:

Year 1: 80 hours
Year 24: 120 hours
