The Nurse Aide will provide essential support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate care and support to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Support residents during meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Experience as a Nurse Aide in assisted living or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• No certification required; on-the-job training will be provided.
