The Senior Java Software Developer will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, mentor peers, and act as a trusted advisor across projects. Accountabilities:- Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on strategic solutions and technical direction
- Mentor and upskill peers and client teams, sharing expertise in software development best practices including Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, CI/CD, and TDD
- Develop and deliver complex software solutions that address client business problems and objectives
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Identify challenges proactively and recommend optimal solutions that balance technical feasibility with business impact
- Stay current with emerging technologies, exploring opportunities in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience
- Professional experience in corporate IT or consulting environments
- Experience mentoring or leading teams of software developers is a plus
- Strong skills in Git/GitHub, Spring Boot, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven, SQL, JavaScript, Angular, and React
- Familiarity with Kafka, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to solve coding challenges and participate in pair programming exercises
- Excellent interpersonal skills including professionalism, accountability, and the ability to influence across teams
- Passion for continuous learning, career growth, and sharing knowledge with others
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
