Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance to internal teams and customer stakeholders to integrate DevOps and DevSecOps practices effectively.
  • Resolve implementation blockers and support technology adoption through product demonstrations, integration guidance, and readiness resources.
  • Partner with sales and technical teams to address customer challenges, conduct proofs of concept, and drive solution selection and implementation post-sale.
  • Analyze customer environments, identify gaps, and create strategic frameworks to enhance product adoption and overall satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights into usage patterns, recommend improvements, and proactively identify risks to ensure project success.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer success and retention, including workshops, enablement sessions, and best practice development.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in technical consulting, technical sales, or related customer-facing technical roles (or equivalent combination of advanced degree and experience).
  • Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives and software modernization to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of software development practices, DevOps, DevSecOps, and application security principles (SAST, DAST, SCA).
  • Experience managing and orchestrating cross-functional teams, including technical, support, and partner teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to influence executive and customer decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client or business needs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms, cloud solutions, and customer engagement strategies in regulated industries.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: USD $94,000 $249,280 per year with potential for sales incentives (OTE 80/20 base/sales incentive).
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and leadership development.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Access to programs supporting continuous learning, skills development, and career advancement.
  • Participation in bonus, stock, and incentive programs tied to individual and organizational impact.
