Job Description:

As part of the Behavioral Health Central Scheduler & Support Team, they are responsible carrying out various tasks that encompass administrative support, patient scheduling, and insurance verification, when needed.

The team will gather updated demographic information and insurance information at the time of the scheduled appointment. Work will consist of a variety of routine and non-routine duties of a clerical nature requiring use of independent judgment and decision-making skills within well-established parameters. This position may also be responsible for obtaining prior authorizations and concurrent review authorizations for the Intensive Outpatient Program.
