  • Collaborate with, coach, and influence center leaders, field teams, and physician partners to drive sustainable performance improvements
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to streamline operations, reduce waste, and standardize processes
  • Develop and maintain scalable toolkits, playbooks, and best practices for network-wide adoption
  • Serve as a project lead for cross-functional corporate initiatives that support strategic objectives, growth, and capability development
  • Track and report progress on performance metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations for leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MHA preferred
  • 5+ years leading operational improvement initiatives in healthcare, with a proven record of measurable results in labor productivity, resource utilization, throughput, or cost reduction
  • Experience in ASC operations and/or multi-site operational support strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel fluency and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management skills; able to influence without authority and build credibility across clinical and operational teams
  • Clinical background (RN) or experience partnering with clinical teams is a plus
  • Background in industrial engineering, process improvement, or consulting preferred
  • Willingness to travel periodically (10%-20%) to centers and corporate meetings
Benefits:
  • Competitive paid time off, including PTO, 9 observed holidays, and paid family leave (20–25 days per year depending on role)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Life and disability insurance coverage
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Transportation, Parking) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
  • Matching 401(k) plan
  • Opportunities for professional development, training, and recognition programs
  • Supportive, collaborative culture focused on teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement
