Accountabilities

Represents insured individuals and the company in bodily injury and property damage lawsuits.
Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Drafts and presents pre- and post-trial motions proficiently.
Collaborates with colleagues to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Advises business clients on legal matters on a day-to-day basis.
Manages legal projects and ensures team collaboration.
Stays updated on new laws and regulations impacting legal strategies.

Requirements

Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the state bar.
3+ years of proven litigation experience or relevant skills.
Experience as first or second chair in jury trials.

Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with legal professionals.
