About This Position
Plans, directs, monitors, coordinates, and manages all internal and external marketing activities for Premier Bone & Joint Centers. Oversees digital presence, brand management, internal communications, event coordination, and referral development.
Responsible for ensuring consistent brand messaging, supporting organizational marketing needs, strengthening referral relationships, and analyzing performance data to guide strategic decisions. Serves as a liaison between departments, community partners, and referring providers while advancing the organization’s visibility and growth.
Digital Marketing & Brand Management
- Maintain and update PBJC website content, ensuring accuracy and usability
- Lead SEO strategy and monitor performance metrics
- Manage Google Business Profiles and online directory listings
- Oversee online content including blogs, service updates, and announcements
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all digital platforms
- Monitor and manage online reputation and patient reviews
Communications
- Develop and distribute internal and external communications
- Manage digital announcements, campaigns, and messaging
- Lead urgent and crisis communications (weather closures, provider updates, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy of all patient-facing information
Internal Marketing & Creative Production
- Coordinate production of branded print materials (brochures, flyers, signage, etc.)
- Maintain inventory and ensure materials meet brand standards
- Create and schedule social media content
- Support internal departments with marketing needs and initiatives
Events & Community Engagement
- Plan and coordinate events, outreach activities, and internal functions
- Manage event logistics, communications, and promotion
- Coordinate volunteers and provide on-site support
- Represent PBJC at community events
Business Development & Referral Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and community partners
- Travel to PBJC service areas for outreach and engagement
- Strengthen referral pathways and communication processes
- Identify growth opportunities and service gaps
- Serve as liaison between PBJC and referring offices
Strategy, Analytics & Reporting
- Manage marketing budget and resource allocation
- Track and analyze digital performance, campaigns, and engagement metrics
- Monitor referral trends and community insights
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners
- Contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives

Education
- Bachelors Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - Required
Experience
- 3 – 6+ Years - Preferred
