The Role
As a Machinist, you’ll work hands-on with a variety of machinery and tools to manufacture, repair, and assemble pump components and related equipment. From reading blueprints and schematics to running lathes, milling machines, and grinders, your precision and attention to detail will help ensure that every part we produce meets our high standards of quality and reliability.

The Role
As a Machinist, you’ll work hands-on with a variety of machinery and tools to manufacture, repair, and assemble pump components and related equipment. From reading blueprints and schematics to running lathes, milling machines, and grinders, your precision and attention to detail will help ensure that every part we produce meets our high standards of quality and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain machining tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drills, saws).
- Read and interpret drawings, travelers, and technical specifications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pump parts and components.
- Perform finishing, fitting, and assembly of machined parts.
- Accurately measure and inspect parts using calibrated instruments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow quality and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Prior machinist experience under supervision, with the ability to complete machining tasks independently.
- Working knowledge of pump/motor mechanics, measuring instruments, and machining practices.
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and layout diagrams.
- Safety-minded, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
