About This Position

Description:

The IT Enterprise Systems Manager will develop strategies, manage, and evolve the organization's enterprise digital systems. The primary role is to streamline business processes by leveraging and integrating digital tools, AI, software, automation, and other technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and collaboration. The role will design and deliver solutions to connect business needs and technology tools, ensuring that workflows align with organizational goals and systems are optimized.

In addition, the IT Enterprise Systems Manager will oversee third-party IT service vendors and manage on-site hardware delivery and support.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks in digital or manual processes.
  • Workflow Design: Create or redesign enterprise systems using software platforms to automate repetitive tasks and improve process flow.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with teams to implement digital tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or cloud-based platforms).
  • Data Analysis: Use data and metrics to assess workflow performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of changes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and ensure workflows meet business objectives.
  • Training and Continuous Support: Train employees on new digital tools and processes and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain knowledge of systems, processes, and other tools to continually optimize operations and enterprise systems, leveraging data-driven insights to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with workflow automation tools, SAAS platforms, process mapping software, data analysis platforms, and reporting.
  • Data Management: Sound understanding of data management, governance, security, and architecture best practices.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to dissect complex processes and propose efficient solutions.
  • Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing process improvement projects.
  • Adaptability: Staying current with emerging technologies, with a focus on AI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in enterprise productivity suites, customer relationship management platforms, and collaborative work and project management tools.
  • Expertise in security protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with system automation and administration, network management, software implementation, and vendor coordination.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Project management certification, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP a plus.
  • Experience working with an AI assistant platform.
