The RoleAs a GPI Consultant, you’ll work closely with the President of the Good Place Institute to deliver training, consulting, coaching, and facilitation to both internal and external clients. You’ll play a key role in equipping leaders, advancing GPI’s offerings, and helping multiply Good Place organizations.
This is a hands-on, relational role that blends consulting, project management, thought leadership, and creative collaboration.
What You’ll DoDeliver GPI training, consulting, coaching, and facilitation experiences that help leaders build and steward Good Place organizations
Manage client projects, timelines, communication, and overall experience
Develop a deep understanding of the Good Place philosophy and the Good Place Operating System—and apply it effectively with clients
Support proposal development, presentations, and follow-up communication throughout the client engagement process
Contribute to the development and advancement of GPI products and services, including assessments, training programs, certifications, tools, publications, and speaking engagements
Help steward and protect the Good Place philosophy, values, methods, and tools across the organization
Collaborate on strategy, growth initiatives, and innovation for the Institute
Build relationships with complementary organizations and stay connected to relevant ideas, movements, and initiatives
Represent the Good Place Institute through social media, events, conferences, and community engagement
Pitch in where needed—this is a collaborative team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership/Development, or a related field
Experience in consulting, training, facilitation, or leadership development (a plus)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to think systemically, solve problems, and execute with care
Strong relational skills and emotional intelligence
A high level of integrity, stewardship, and trustworthiness
Passionate, self-motivated, and aligned with the mission of Good Place
Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools; Adobe tools are a plus
Office-based work in a professional, low-noise environment
Some regional and domestic travel required
