GPI Consultant

Good Place Institute | Full-Time, Exempt

Do you believe organizations can be a force for good? Do you enjoy helping leaders grow, cultures thrive, and communities flourish? If so, the Good Place Institute (GPI) may be the place for you.

About Us

Good Place Holdings exists to help people grow to their full potential while building up Good Places in the communities where we live and work—economically, culturally, and relationally.

The Good Place Institute serves as the heart and steward of the Good Place philosophy. We work with leaders and organizations to redeem the culture of organizational life by applying Biblically inspired principles and values that help organizations thrive, people flourish, and communities prosper.

The Role

As a GPI Consultant, you’ll work closely with the President of the Good Place Institute to deliver training, consulting, coaching, and facilitation to both internal and external clients. You’ll play a key role in equipping leaders, advancing GPI’s offerings, and helping multiply Good Place organizations.

This is a hands-on, relational role that blends consulting, project management, thought leadership, and creative collaboration.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver GPI training, consulting, coaching, and facilitation experiences that help leaders build and steward Good Place organizations

  • Manage client projects, timelines, communication, and overall experience

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Good Place philosophy and the Good Place Operating System—and apply it effectively with clients

  • Support proposal development, presentations, and follow-up communication throughout the client engagement process

  • Contribute to the development and advancement of GPI products and services, including assessments, training programs, certifications, tools, publications, and speaking engagements

  • Help steward and protect the Good Place philosophy, values, methods, and tools across the organization

  • Collaborate on strategy, growth initiatives, and innovation for the Institute

  • Build relationships with complementary organizations and stay connected to relevant ideas, movements, and initiatives

  • Represent the Good Place Institute through social media, events, conferences, and community engagement

  • Pitch in where needed—this is a collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership/Development, or a related field

  • Experience in consulting, training, facilitation, or leadership development (a plus)

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to think systemically, solve problems, and execute with care

  • Strong relational skills and emotional intelligence

  • A high level of integrity, stewardship, and trustworthiness

  • Passionate, self-motivated, and aligned with the mission of Good Place

  • Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools; Adobe tools are a plus

Work Environment
  • Office-based work in a professional, low-noise environment

  • Some regional and domestic travel required

Why Join Us?

At Good Place Institute, you won’t just have a job—you’ll be part of a mission. You’ll help leaders and organizations grow in meaningful ways while contributing to work that has lasting impact on people, communities, and culture.
