About This Position
Job Summary
The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all lobby areas, including public and team member restrooms, lobbies, and executive offices, in accordance with Fairlane Hotel standards.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure that the hotel lobby is serviced throughout the day
Service all public restrooms in the lobby
Service the executive offices
Maintain employee break room
Service both men’s and women’s team member restrooms
Ensure main guest entrance is neat and clean
Ensure all ash urns throughout the property are neat and clean
Ensure water fountains are maintained and clean
Clean guest and team member elevators
Complete any special projects as assigned
Report any maintenance issues or concerns
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Prior experience required
Excellent customer service skills
