Job Description:
To provide coordination and monitoring of all phases and activities associated with university, community, and research programs.
Job Duties:
Research/Program Coordination (50%):
• Assist in the coordination and monitoring of all program activities.
• Assist with recruitment of potential participants and coordinate enrollment in classes.
• Update our program website, and develop promotional material as needed.
• Performs data management for research findings and program outcomes report.
• May assist the Principal Investigators with grant proposal preparation and submission, and budget development.
• May prepare IRB documents under the direction of the Principal Investigators and assist with answering IRB stipulations to obtain final approval.
• Maintains and monitors source documentation for publications and sponsor requirements.
• Supports and assists with research collaborators and visitors on various studies and projects.
• Participates in the presentation of research findings and program outcomes, including reporting to sponsors.
• Attends and participates in investigator meetings and workshops.
• Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
Lifestyle coach and leader (50%):
• Conduct Chronic Diseases Prevention and Self-Management Program classes, as assigned.
• Collect and report point-of-care (POCT) blood work, biometrics, and surveys, from Chronic Diseases Prevention and Self-Management Program participants.
• Record participant data and report outcomes.
• Performs related duties as required.
EQUIPMENT:
• Standard office equipment.
• POCT devices (Hemoglobin A1c, Lipid profile, Weight Scale, Blood Pressure Monitoring Devices, etc...)
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience or range if discussed and approved by hiring authority.
