Porter (Full-Time) at ADAMAS BUILDING SERVICES – Monmouth Beach, New Jersey

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an opening at our Monmouth Beach, NJ location.

Schedule: Monday & Friday (11am-7pm) -Tuesday-Wednesday & Saturday 8am-4pm

Pay: $16.50

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.
• Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
• Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
