Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our RM dealership team. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain showroom floors, restrooms, waiting areas, and offices
• Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Ensure all areas are presentable and customer-ready at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
