The Janitorial Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across Gifthealth’s facilities, including both office areas and warehouse spaces. This individual will ensure that all working environments are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming space for all employees and visitors.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in office spaces, breakrooms, bathrooms, conference rooms, and warehouse areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors, surfaces, and high-touch areas.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in all areas of the facility.
• Ensure warehouse floors and walkways remain clean and clear of debris to maintain safety.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with occasional deep cleaning, special event setup/teardown, and seasonal cleaning tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE and cleaning chemicals in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in environments with both office and warehouse settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a clean, organized workspace.
• Comfortable working around others in a busy and occasionally noisy environment.
• Able to adapt to changing tasks or cleaning priorities as needed.

• Location: On-site
• Schedule: Full-time
• May require additional availability or flexibility for escalations.
• Regular meetings with your teams, departments, or leadership to ensure alignment.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable using janitorial tools and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, including office and warehouse spaces.
