Job Overview:
Under the supervision of the manager, the linen aide is responsible for the distribution of clean and collection of soiled linen under the RWJBH policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.
- Must be able to multitask and complete all other duties as assigned
Preferred:
- High School Diploma
Scheduling Requirements:
- Day shift, 7:00am-3:30pm
- Per Diem
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the daily inventory, inspection and distribution of clean linen on all the Med-Surg units under the supervision of the linen manager.
- The removal of all soiled linen from the units is to be collected daily in a timely manner and dropped off in the designated area.
