Responsibilities:

• Create and replicate flavor profiles for equine, dairy, swine, and wildlife feed applications.
• Enhance and refine existing flavor formulations to improve functionality, streamline ingredient composition, and optimize cost efficiency.
• Assess raw materials, base formulations, and finished products-including competitive samples-using analytical instrumentation such as GC-MS and related technologies.
• Incorporate and evaluate flavors within feed matrices to determine palatability, stability, and shelf-life performance.
• Lead and participate in sensory evaluations while partnering with technical and commercial teams throughout product development.
• Ensure all formulations comply with established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with global flavorists to exchange technical knowledge, share best practices, and align innovation strategies.
• Support worldwide research initiatives and contribute to ongoing product innovation and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in flavor development, replication, or application within feed, food, or fragrance industries.
• Practical experience operating analytical instrumentation such as GC-MS, GC-FID, and similar tools.
• Solid understanding of chemical composition, flavor chemistry, and ingredient interactions.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented laboratory environment.
