About This Position
We're looking for a Senior BDR Team Lead to lead and scale our outbound pipeline generation across France and the Rest of Europe.
As Senior BDR Team Lead, you will combine team leadership, hands-on outbound expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to AI-driven prospecting. You will manage a team of BDRs and be responsible for structuring and continuously improving our outbound motion across these regions.
Prospecting is evolving fast. AI tools now play a central role in how teams research accounts, identify buying signals, personalize outreach, and prioritize opportunities. We are looking for someone who understands that modern outbound is increasingly AI-assisted, where technology handles a significant part of the operational workflow, while human expertise remains essential to crafting relevant messaging and building meaningful relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs operating across France and key European markets, ensuring they have the tools, processes, and training to succeed in a modern outbound environment
- Define targeting approaches, improve account research methods, and refine messaging frameworks to generate high-quality pipeline for the sales organization
- Design and implement AI-supported prospecting frameworks: enabling the team to focus more time on high-value interactions while maintaining strong productivity
- Help team members integrate AI tools into their daily workflows for research, lead prioritization, signal detection, and personalization
- Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust strategies to ensure consistent pipeline creation
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align on target accounts, pipeline priorities, and market focus
- Partner with Marketing to ensure outbound messaging remains consistent with broader campaigns and content strategies
- Work with Partnership teams to identify joint pipeline generation opportunities across France and Europe
- Solid experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong background in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Experience managing or mentoring BDR or SDR teams for at least 3 years - you are a natural coach who develops talent
- Genuinely curious about modern sales technologies and AI-enabled workflows: you experiment with new tools and approaches to improve efficiency and results
- Data-driven and analytical, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communicator, comfortable operating across multiple markets and cultures
- Fluent in French and English; additional European language is a plus
- Based in Paris
