A warm, fast-paced family is seeking an outgoing, active, and highly motivated Part-Time Family Assistant to support their two school-aged children and assist with the smooth running of their home. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and takes pride in creating a positive, structured environment for children while seamlessly supporting household needs.

Key Responsibilities

• School pickup and safe transportation to after-school activities

• Create and maintain a structured afternoon routine

• Assist with homework and encourage independence and organization

• Engage children in a present, screen-free environment

• Daily meal preparation for the family

• Light household laundry

• Light daily household reset (tidying, dishes, general organization)

• Run local errands (grocery shopping, pickups, etc.)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of childcare and/or family assistant experience

• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle

• Strong, verifiable references

• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM (approximately 20-25 hours per week)

Compensation: $35-$40 per hour, based on experience
