We are seeking an onsite Product Engineer who would be responsible for supporting the improvement of existing products and processes related to reliability, manufacturability, cost, quality, and performance. This role focuses on executing well-defined engineering tasks, supporting mechanical design and documentation activities, and contributing to cross-functional production and quality efforts under guidance from senior engineers.
Pay Range: $77,000 - $87,000 / year, based on qualifications and experience

Product Engineer I Job Responsibilities:
- Support mechanical design activities by creating, updating, and reviewing part drawings and models using SolidWorks
- Apply GD&T principles to drawings with review and guidance from senior engineersCreate, update, and maintain accurate Bills of Material (BOMs) within the ERP system
- Ensure alignment between BOMs, drawings, and released specifications
- Support existing products with reliability, quality, cost, or manufacturability issues by executing assigned engineering tasks
- Assist in root cause investigations, including participation in Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) processes
- Support quality investigations and assist with documentation of corrective actions
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement to resolve production, quality, or ERP-related issues
- Participate as an engineering contributor on small projects or defined portions of larger projects
Product Engineer I Qualifications:
Required:
- MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and engineering specifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering documentation control
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn engineering standards and processes
Preferred:
- Quality or manufacturing background
- Working knowledge of GD&T
- Experience with BOM creation and management
- Exposure to NCMR or corrective action processes
- Entry-level mechanical design experience (internships, co-ops, or early-career roles)
- Experience with rotating mechanical equipment or fluid systems
