Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable bilingual Front Desk Administrator who must be fluent in Spanish to ensure the smooth operation of our office and provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, work efficiently with all employees, and effectively manage administrative tasks and office logistics.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct incoming calls and route emails to the appropriate divisions.
• Update client case files using Filevine.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Scan, fax, and file documents as needed.
• Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling events as necessary.
• Track and monitor office supply inventory.
• Greet clients and visitors professionally and courteously.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
• Post Office drop off.

Qualifications
• High School diploma (required).
• Entry-level experience (some office experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
