  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product launches, competitive intelligence, and positioning into field-ready programs that build product and industry fluency.
To be successful in this role you bring:
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or a combination of enablement and frontline sales leadership within B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, evaluation, negotiation, closing, and expansion motions.
  • Strong curriculum and content development skills, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable field behaviors and performance outcomes.
  • Strong operational discipline and experience leveraging CRM data and enablement analytics to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Scrappiness, intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Experience with learning management systems, conversation intelligence platforms, and content platforms. WorkRamp, Gong, and Seismic preferred.
  • Experience within manufacturing, PLM/QMS domains, or the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
