This is a high-impact opportunity for a structured and analytical SEO professional to lead and scale organic growth within a fast-evolving B2B accounting automation environment. You will own the full SEO roadmapfrom technical optimization to content strategydirectly influencing inbound pipeline and revenue performance. Operating in a modern, automation-first financial services setting, youll collaborate closely with leadership and marketing stakeholders to build sustainable, long-term search visibility. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong prioritization and measurable results. With clear performance metrics tied to traffic quality and conversion impact, you will play a key role in shaping the organizations organic acquisition engine. This fully remote position offers autonomy, ownership, and meaningful visibility across the business.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with revenue objectives, focusing on high-intent B2B search opportunities.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and ranking opportunities within accounting and automation-related topics.
  • Perform technical SEO audits, optimize site architecture, improve internal linking structures, and ensure strong crawlability and indexing health.
  • Optimize on-page elements including metadata, structured data, schema markup, and content alignment with search intent.
  • Create structured content briefs and collaborate with writers and developers to ensure high-quality implementation of SEO initiatives.
  • Monitor Core Web Vitals and overall site performance, working cross-functionally to resolve technical issues.
  • Build reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights tied to rankings, traffic quality, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously refine strategy based on data analysis, algorithm updates, and evolving search trends.

Requirements:
  • 3 to 6+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success driving organic growth for B2B, professional services, SaaS, finance, or automation-focused businesses.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise, including site audits, indexing analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to translate data insights into clear, strategic recommendations with measurable business impact.
  • Experience prioritizing initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, startup-style environment with high accountability.
