Accountabilities- Identify targets and execute selling strategies based on company direction.
- Drive sales growth by deriving best practices for targeting and reimbursement.
- Contribute key learnings to demonstrate understanding of marketplace opportunities.
- Utilize corporate literature and scientific data for customer presentations.
- Provide detailed reporting of sales activities and territory forecasts.
- Maintain industry product knowledge and updates.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and ethical standards.
- Assist in training and mentorship for Area Managers.
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience required.
- 5+ years in medical device, biotechnology, or tissue biologics preferred.
- Experience in O.R./Surgical/VAC submissions required.
- Familiarity with skin substitutes is preferred.
- Previous experience in startup and mid-sized companies is a plus.
