Accountabilities- Build positive & collaborative relationships with product, engineering, and research teams.
- Develop deep expertise across multiple product areas.
- Quickly prototype solutions to visual and interaction problems.
- Engage with users to understand their pain points.
- Design experiences that are simple, elegant, and address real problems.
- Use remote tools to create wireframes and design in Figma.
- Validate product ideas through experimental design.
- Deliver high-quality work while maintaining speed.
- Mentor junior designers to build empathy for users.
- Represent users in product strategy discussions.
- Review product designs and provide constructive feedback.
- Actively mentor designers in the team.
- Experience designing modern SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing UX, interaction, and visual design.
- A passion for solving complex problems with design.
- Expert knowledge of the end-to-end iterative design process.
- Familiarity with user research, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping.
- Strong collaboration skills with other designers.
- Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
- At least one year of experience managing a team.
