This role provides expert clinical guidance, supports informed decision-making, and ensures high standards of care aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Youll collaborate with care teams to review care plans, respond to changing health needs, and promote proactive, person-centred strategies.
This role includes regular travel across our Queensland corporate offices, including Toowong, Birkdale, Margate, Gold Coast and Toowoomba, offering a dynamic and varied work environment. With a focus on clinical data analysis, risk management, and continuous improvement, youll help shape the quality of care for every client we support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical oversight across Dovidas corporate operations within your state.
- Collaborate with care teams to review and enhance client care plans, ensuring tailored support for changing health needs.
- Deliver recommendations that support best-practice care, risk mitigation, and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Lead audits and reviews of clinical data, turning insights into action that improves outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to guide staff training and ensure capability growth across teams.
- Act as a change agent, helping drive innovation and continuous improvement in aged care services.
About you:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration with more than 2 years experience
- Knowledge of aged care clinical governance requirements
- Competent with the Microsoft suite
- Demonstrated ability to assess clinical risk, interpret data, and develop strategic recommendations
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to mentor and support care teams
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Passionate about continuous improvement and service innovation
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have access to own car
