Your work will shape the way teams launch new services and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

As the Manager, Strategy & Operations Telehealth, you will:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple telehealth initiatives, including partner launches and operational projects.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking while surfacing risks and driving timely resolution.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for external partners and vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and strong performance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, Customer Support, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and minimize friction.
  • Support operational readiness by ensuring documentation, workflows, SOPs, and internal communications are complete prior to launch.
  • Provide regular reporting and visibility to leadership on progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence across initiatives.
Requirements:

Candidates should have:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in program management, operations, partnership management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing external vendors or service partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments and balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Background in digital health, telehealth, or HealthTech strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar.
