As the Manager, Strategy & Operations Telehealth, you will:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple telehealth initiatives, including partner launches and operational projects.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking while surfacing risks and driving timely resolution.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for external partners and vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and strong performance.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, Customer Support, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and minimize friction.
- Support operational readiness by ensuring documentation, workflows, SOPs, and internal communications are complete prior to launch.
- Provide regular reporting and visibility to leadership on progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence across initiatives.
Candidates should have:
- 5–8+ years of experience in program management, operations, partnership management, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing external vendors or service partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments and balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
- Background in digital health, telehealth, or HealthTech strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar.
- Competitive base salary: $110,000 - $140,000 USD with discretionary annual bonus eligibility up to 15%.
