Dispatcher at Yellowjacket Oilfield Services LLC – Hobbs, New Mexico

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls.
• Create job deliveries and transfers.
• Accurately complete dispatch log sheets.
• Accurately Create Sales Orders/Delivery Tickets for Outgoing, Incoming, Transfer and Revenue Jobs.
• Ensure Requisitions/Purchase Orders are completed completely and thoroughly.
• Complete repair tickets as needed.
• Understand the customer’s needs and have the ability to lay out jobs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years Fishing/Rental product line experience.
• Understanding of proper inventory management and controls.
• Good understanding of Fishing and Rental Product line and associated applications
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and have proficient computer skills
• Works well in a high pace environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl and walk; may have long periods of standing or sitting.
• Exposure to working outdoors and extreme weather conditions.
• Must have flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs and be on a “on –call” rotation.
• Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirements.
