About This Position

Description:

Pine Hollow Club is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Member Concierge to serve as a key point of contact for our members and guests.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and seamless experience. The Member Concierge supports daily front desk operations, assists with member communication and administrative tasks, and helps ensure members feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their experience at the Club.

What You’ll DoMember Experience & Front Desk
  • Welcome members, guests, and vendors with a warm and professional presence
  • Serve as a helpful point of contact for questions, requests, reservations, and general Club information
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and polished manner
  • Help create a front desk experience that feels organized, friendly, and service-driven
  • Maintain a clean, presentable, and professional front desk area
Communication & Administrative Support
  • Support the preparation and distribution of Club communications
  • Assist with event, activity, and member-related communication needs
  • Help maintain accurate member contact information and administrative records
  • Support communication calendars, deadlines, signage, and internal coordination
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, filing, and other administrative projects as needed
Club Support
  • Help coordinate and follow up on member requests across departments
  • Support operational and administrative needs that help the Club run smoothly
  • Assist with mail, packages, deliveries, and general office support
  • Build strong working relationships with team members across all departments
What We’re Looking For
  • A naturally welcoming, service-oriented personality
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in a busy environment
  • Confidence multitasking and managing shifting priorities throughout the day
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and general hospitality or office systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Experience
  • Front desk, concierge, hospitality, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Private club, hotel, restaurant, or guest-facing hospitality experience strongly preferred
Schedule

This role requires flexibility and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on Club operations and seasonal needs.
