We are currently looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to support our engineering team.
Lead our global efforts in creating and optimizing cutting-edge software solutions. Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization—while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to build impactful solutions, drive growth, and enhance user experiences.
What you will do:

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute global product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements
• Drive end‑to‑end product development from ideation to launch
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing
• Champion user‑centric design and exceptional user experience
• Monitor competition and refine product positioning
• Lead global go‑to‑market strategies
• Define and execute AI strategy for software products
• Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize products throughout their lifecycle
• Communicate progress, risks, and results to senior stakeholders

Skills & Tools
English and Swedish; experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) and IoT device management.
Reporting Line
Reports to the Product Management Director.
What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.

Strong experience with:

• Extensive experience in software product management, preferably with cloud-hosted software (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.) and digital content or IoT device management.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and communication protocols (wired, wireless, TCP/IP). Knowledge of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer experience principles.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize data, and develop innovative solutions.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities (written and verbal) influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
• Familiarity with product analytics, data visualization tools, and user experience design principles.
• Proven success launching innovative products and staying ahead of industry trends
