Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our day shift team in a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. This role combines forklift operation and palletizer responsibilities to support continuous production and ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport, stack, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Set up, operate, and adjust palletizers, stretch wrap machines, and related equipment
• Monitor pallet patterns and product flow; replace stretch wrap rolls and correct fallen cartons as needed
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and clear jams to maintain production efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and production records
• Follow all GMP, SQF, and company safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support warehouse and production teams with additional tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures

Schedule & Pay

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating 2-2-3
• Pay: $20.00/hour
