About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage a dynamic team, drive financial results, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily restaurant operations alongside kitchen staff and executive chef

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team

  • Monitor financial performance, labor costs, and inventory

  • Ensure top-tier guest service — greet, resolve guest concerns, and set service standards

  • Manage staffing schedules, payroll, and administrative reporting

  • Oversee safety, sanitation, and compliance with health, food handling, and alcohol service laws

  • Handle incident reports, employee relations, and ongoing team coaching

  • Coordinate special events, promotions, and menu updates

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on, approachable leader with excellent guest service focus

  • Food safety and alcohol service certifications (ServSafe Manager required)

  • Experience managing budgets, staffing, and operational performance

  • Ability to work on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings/weekends/holidays
