We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative - B2B who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing B2B customer orders to meet daily shipping deadlines, while supporting inbound processing, inventory accuracy, and general warehouse operations.

• Pick, pack, and prepare B2B customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with daily schedules and requirements.
• Follow customer-specific packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements to ensure shipments are ready for dispatch.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to process orders, verify quantities, and update order status.
• Support inbound activities including unloading deliveries, checking quantities, and putaway.
• Maintain accurate stock locations and support cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Prepare shipments for carrier collection, including palletizing, wrapping, and labeling.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
• Support general warehouse activities and work collaboratively to meet productivity and accuracy targets

• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfilment environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures consistently.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanning equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable with strong timekeeping and attendance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of products handled.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods; forklift certification is a plus but not required.
